Come one come all to learn about the artful elements of the theatre!
Kids will learn from student leaders about costumes, sets, design, movement and more at interactive Shakespeare Centers throughout the garden and museum.

Tinker’s Talent Show – Garden, upper lawn
Come show off with Shakespeare’s Tinkers!  Juggling, plate spinning, jump rope, and hula hoops are all available to help you show off your talent.

Hermia’s Hunt – Garden
Explore the garden and learn about William Shakespeare!  Participants will find clues, solve puzzles, and earn prizes in the beautiful outdoor space of the museum.

Titania’s Terrariums – Artisan Wing
Help Titania create fairy houses for our performance! We will provide jars, model magic, and decorations to put together your house. Finished houses can be left with us so they can be on display during performances on May 17th. They can be picked up afterwards during regular museum hours, Wednesday-Saturday, noon-5 pm.

Midsummer Night Movement – Sargent
Learn how to move in different styles while on stage.

Peaseblossom’s Portraits – Pergola in garden
Venture through the fairy gardens and join us in the magical pergola to have your portrait taken. Here you’ll have the option to take pictures with friends and fairies! Don a new outfit or some enchanted accessories from our trove of props and costumes.

Puck’s Potions – Studio
Join us as we dive deep into the magic art of potion making with Puck! In this whimsical workshop, students will have the opportunity to make their own slime “potions”! Make sure to bring your creativity on this journey, as we name, color, and decorate our unique potions!
