Field Trip Bus Reimbursement

Eligibility 

As part of the Arts for All initiative, serviced by the Saginaw Intermediate School District, Midland County ESA, and Bay-Arenac ISD are eligible to apply for public school bus transportation reimbursement up to $150. These are awarded on a first-come, first served basis and priority will be to Title I schools.

Application Directions 

1. Fill out a field trip request on our website by clicking here. Select YES when asked about interest in bus reimbursement.  
2. Please note, schools can apply for bus reimbursement no earlier than three months and no later than three weeks prior to the scheduled field trip.

After the Field Trip 

1. Schools cannot be reimbursed for field trip buses until after the field trip is completed. Schools will have up to one month after the field trip to email proof of payment (ex: a paid invoice) to katie@mytemplearts.org or mail to 1126 N. Michigan Ave., Saginaw, MI 48602. If the paid invoice is sent more than a month after the field trip, we will be unable to fulfill your reimbursement request.  
2. Schools should expect to be reimbursed with a check via mail, 4-6 weeks after SAM receives proof of payment.
   • Please note, we will only reimburse up to $150. If bus transportation is less than $150, you will only receive that amount.
