Title: Spring
Submitted by: Craig P.
“ah diddly do, ah diddly doe” was just a thought that I had and I expanded on it resulting in “Spring”. The graphic is a portrait series I continue with, drawings on top of a 4″ X 6″ note card that gets used as a coaster until a portrait speaks out to me.

when history is written, truths are all told the
mysteries explained will long past be old. when
kings descend staircase, lights grow more dim while
ends of tunnels extinguish foul scented winds.
I can’t write much good but
I know what I know. ah
diddly do, ah diddly doe
searching for the soul just
over the rainbow. ah diddly
do, ah diddly doe.
something like the dropping, the trial explosives on Hiroshima and
Nagasaki, a portrait of twins. born and burned into grass fields and
concrete the portrait of twins, a singular deflection with a dual
purpose lense.
I can’t write much good but
I know what I know. ah
diddly do, ah diddly doe
searching for the soul just
over the rainbow. ah diddly
do, ah diddly doe.
